Use this plugin to install a fresh copy of any plugins that are on your site from the WordPress.org plugin repo. The fact it uses Ajax means it doesn’t use the native WordPress page, but it has the advantage to let you update plugin little by little while keeping a track of what has already been reinstalled or not (as long as you don’t refresh the page of course).
