Just paste the E-mail sources of your new comment notification emails and save.

- Unzip into your
/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to Comments > Comment Recovery section of you WordPress admin backend

- I do not have my notofication emails anymore. Is there another way to recover comments?

If you do not have a backup of your database, no. Not as far as I know.
