1.Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
2.Go to Plugins -> Add New
3.Click on the “Upload” link.
4.Use the Upload link in the top sub-menu to upload a zipped copy of bknewsticker.zip.
5.Insert<?php if ( function_exists('insert_bknewsticker') ) { insert_bknewsticker(); } ?> into your template file in header.php.
6.Configure options on the Options page (Settings > Bknewsticker menu).

It works very well and you can edit everything. The RSS external links is AMAZING! The best FREE ticker news!!!

Activating it broke my site

WATCH OUT! Just by installing it and activating it, it broke my site. (De-activating it brings everything back to normal). Using WordPress 4.6.1. and GeneratePress Theme.
